In April 1918, Robert Paul Prager, a German immigrant coal miner, was lynched by a mob in Collinsville, Illinois. It was the peak of domestic anti-German hysteria during World War I. I worked with community partners and students to help place a historical marker at the lynching site, create an exhibit at the Collinsville Public Library, and make a short web documentary on the lynching.
